Executive Team
Roger D. Silk, Ph.D. is President and Co-Founder of Lifetime Perspectives, and has been the CEO of Sterling Foundation Management since its inception in 1998. He is a Stanford-trained Ph.D. economist, former bond trader at the World Bank, and the creator of the Sterling StretchIRATMIncome Trust and the innovative driver of the FundPowerTM Trust. Dr. Silk earned his CFA charter in 1990.

Dr. Silk is the author of multiple books, including Creating a Private Foundation, Managing Foundations and Charitable Trusts, and over two dozen articles on a range of topics. Widely recognized as an expert in the intersection of finance and philanthropy, Dr. Silk’s articles have appeared in publications including Estate Planning, Journal of Financial Planning, and Trusts and Estates.

Lifetime Perspectives is an outgrowth of Dr. Silk’s lifelong passion for research and learning. Dr. Silk taught briefly at Stanford while he was in graduate school, and has continued his passion for education in both the for profit and non-profit worlds. He frequently conducts educational seminars for professional financial advisors, and is a founder and board member of a number of non-profit organizations, including several that focus on education.

Kendra Harvey
Vice President
Kendra Harvey is Vice President of Lifetime Perspectives, which she joined in Lifetime’s inaugural year. Kendra has over 15 years experience in a wide variety of management and administrative roles, including foundation management, production of annual reports, keeping of minutes, as well as overseeing bookkeeping and the management of extensive records including employment and tax filings.
Earlier in her career, Kendra was a manager at Northrop Grumman where she worked with foreign nationals admitted to the United States under a special U.S. visa program. She oversaw and managed all aspects of their transition and was responsible for program compliance and reporting.
Kendra earned her bachelor’s degree at George Mason University. Kendra has long been active in a variety of charities, including volunteer work for the Ronald McDonald house, Meals on Wheels and other philanthropic activities. She currently volunteers for Backpack Buddies to provide weekend meals for needy children.
James W. Lintott, Esq., is Chairman and Co-Founder of Lifetime Perspectives. Mr. Lintott’s business experience is both wide and deep. He has served and continues to serve on numerous corporate and non-profit boards, and he has advised and continues to advise many of the nation’s leading businesses.
During his years practicing law, and his over thirty years in business, Mr. Lintott has developed a tremendous reservoir of skills, knowledge and judgment spanning a tremendous range of business activities from marketing and sales to mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Lintott is a past member of the White House Fellows Selection Panel and was named an “Outstanding Director” by the Washington Business Journal for his Chairmanship of the Board of the Children’s National Medical Center.
Mr. Lintott received his J.D. (with distinction) from Stanford Law School, as well as an M.A. in applied economics and B.A. degrees (Phi Beta Kappa) in economics and political science from Stanford University. He was a senior editor of Stanford Law Review. Mr. Lintott was also instrumental in developing the non-profit Stanford Law School Asian Trade Consortium, and was a founding member of the non-profit Stanford Law and Business Society.

Connor Barth
Connor Barth is a business analyst for Lifetime Perspectives as well as Sterling Foundation Management. Connor studied economics at George Mason University, following a successful career as a child actor. He toured the world in musicals such as The Addams Family and Elf the Musical.
Ryan Whiting
Connor Barth is a business analyst for Lifetime Perspectives as well as Sterling Foundation Management. Ryan graduated magna cum laude from Wheaton College (Massachusetts) with a B.A. in English Literature and Film Studies. He has experience producing podcasts and training videos.
